After running out of toner and cleanser I got a reason to pop into a store for something new. Somehow I get really excited by the prospect of skincare shopping. Though got to admit I am rather inconsistent when it comes to skincare. I enjoy trying out new things so this leads to ever altering bathroom shelf.
Up until now my skin has been acting up which is why I decided to venture out into cleansing creams and balms. After seeing few bloggers mention Clarins Extra-Comfort Anti-Pollution Cleansing Cream I just had to give this one a go. After first few uses I fell in love with this stuff. Its creamy consistency melts into the skin nicely without feeling heavy or leaving my skin dried out and tight. My skin is loving it so far. My other purchase receiving a lots of buzz is Clarins Gentle Exfoliator Brightening Toner. I was actually considering between this and Lancome Tonique Radiance Clarifying Exfoliating Toner , but in the end gentle and my general love for Clarins won out. And now I am in love with this stuff. Just after few evenings of sweeping a little of this toner around my face with a cotton pad my skin is already looking better. I believe some spots I have going on is actually healing faster and so far I didn’t get new ones. Wishful thinking? Hope not (crosses fingers).
Exciting part. Sales lady was extremely nice and gave me two sample sizes of Clarins Instant Eye Make up Remover and Beauty Flash Balm. I actually never tried any of those. Most of the time I remove my eye make up with Bioderma Micelle Solution or any other make up remover I have around. It’s certainly will be interesting to see what all the buzz is all about. Now Beauty Flash Balm I was eyeing for some time already. After spotting it in various blogs my hands were itching to get on it. So, when sales lady was adding it to my bag I was jumping up and down inside out of excitement.
