To be honest, my perfume collection is non existent. I usually get attached to certain perfume and keep on using it till the very end. And then get a new one. So far I haven’t found the one I would repurchase over and over. Although all of the perfumes I ever owned fall into the same category of scent. It’s always fresh and floral.
I rarely buy perfumes as it usually takes from half to full year to finish bottle I already own. This particular bottle of Lanvin Eclat d’Arpege was a my birthday gift from my mom. She knows me too well, it’s two things I am obsessed with – fresh floral perfume and a violet colored bottle. Now I am in love with this perfume. It’s over a month that I have it and no day was spent without.
Scent wise it reminds me of a spring while it’s still cold but flowers already are in full bloom and you deeply breath in cold flowery morning air… I had to stop there and go smell it again. It’s soft, feminine and delicate. Perfect for everyday.
The scent stays for 4 to 6 hours. Some people might find this scent weak, but personally I’d rather spray perfume on couple of times a day that than wear heavy overwhelming scents.
